Once again, we bring you our Caribbean Christmas Dinner series for 2022, where we are showcasing chefs from the Caribbean Diaspora in Canada and some of their culinary traditions. Mixologist Paula mixes up a Dominican Double featuring Brugal Anejo Rum, and Chef Amanda from Palm Court Restaurant shows us how to make a traditional Guyanese Pepperpot.
