While in St. Johns, Antigua, Tiffany Azille took us on an Eat N Lime Food Tour of the capital city. This tour was a culinary roadmap of the city where we made stops at Annette’s Caribbean Fine Dining Cuisine and tried a traditional Sunday morning breakfast. Our next stop was Cuties Restaurant, where we sampled their take on the national dish Fungi with mussels in a white wine cream sauce. Our Final stop was the One Stop Ital Shack, a Rastafarian vegan restaurant where they made us a beautiful meal which included Cassie, Channa and other vegetables and a Tumeric and Ginger juice to wash it all down and keep us healthy.
