Emancipation Day (Toronto, Canada)

We got a chance to take the Underground Railroad which happens every year since 2013 to celebrate the Emancipation of Slavery in Ontario. We gathered at Union Station to take in a traditional African Wedding. We then rode the train and took a long moment of silence to reflect and celebrate the resilience of the many who traveled along the Underground Railway, seeking freedom in Canada.
