Toronto Carnival 2023

It’s all about the Toronto Carnival. We feature revellers, parents, spectators and volunteers from Kiddies Carnival 2023. We also highlight some spectacular costumes and performances from the King, Queen and Pan competitions. But first up, we witness the next generation embracing their culture and getting ready for the road.
