While in Montreal, Canada, we sat down with the executive chef of the new restaurant O’Rhema. O’Rhema is a Haitian Creole restaurant with a fantastic menu for all tastebuds. Their specialty is s “fine cuisine fusion Antillaise,” or Caribbean fusion, courtesy of chef and co-owner Dany Jacques. We visited with our good friend Chef Anthony Mair who thoroughly enjoyed the meal.
