Today we have a conversation with the Charles Sisters, the team behind SugarKane, a Caribbean/Cajun fusion restaurant located in Toronto’s Danforth area. We sample their Braised Oxtail Bowl and Blackened Salmon. After years of occasionally cooked dishes for friends & family events, a group of sisters opened a professional catering service in 2013 called Spiked Punch, it was an instant hit! SugarKane… is the brilliant idea developed from Spiked Punch. It is a full-service restaurant & catering service.
