“Sugar Kane Restaurant: Experience Authentic Caribbean Flavors with a Modern Twist!”

Today we have a conversation with the Charles Sisters, the team behind SugarKane, a Caribbean/Cajun fusion restaurant located in Toronto’s Danforth area. We sample their Braised Oxtail Bowl  and Blackened Salmon. After years of occasionally cooking dishes for friends & family events, a group of sisters opened a professional catering service in 2013 called Spiked Punch, it was an instant hit!
