We spoke with Dr. Carl James about the unfair treatment of black students in the education system and interviewed Knia Singh J.D. from Ma’at Legal Services about some of the root causes of the problem. We also talk with members of the PLUG Program, a joint initiative between the Taibu Community Health Centre and the Rexdale Community Health Centre that advocates on behalf of Black students to resolve various school-related issues such as The School to Prison Pipeline.
